How to: Delete AnEvent/Activity

Introduction

This is a step by step guide aiding the process of successfully deleting an event/activity from the Event Management System.

Prerequisites

In order to delete an Event or Activity you must have Administrator or Event Manager Credentials.

Step by Step Guide

1. From the 'Event' Page, select an event you want to delete from the table.
2. Navigate to the bottom right of the page, underneath the table you should see a manage button.
3. Click the manage button.
4. If you want to delete an event please click the update button on event details; if you want to delete an activity please go to 8
5. Click the delete button at the bottom.
6. Event is deleted from the system.
7. Selct an activity you want to delete from the table.
8. Click the manage activity button
9. Click the update button on activity details
10. Click the delete button at the bottom.
11. Activity is deleted from the system.
